Melting
Touch Method (soon to be Žegistered) evolved out of the Lymphatic
Massage, Internal Organ Detox & Post-Surgical Therapy work I
developed & taught since 1986. It is a comprehensive approach, including myofascial, cranio-sacral techniques + more.
AND it is SIMPLIFIED for DAILY USE!
geared towards laypeople, not just the therapist.
I offer you my very first sample...
ONE CHAPTER in a series designed for download tutorials.
*SOFTEN Part 1* - describes how to take care of an incision immediately after surgery (first 2-4 weeks),
which is exactly how to start with an older wound or injury that has
never been massaged. Footage is focused on the Abdomen, but can be
applied to any scar, tear, blemish or restriction.
EACH CHAPTER will eventually include: Video (.MOV) + Handbook (.PDF, 25-30pgs) + Guided Massage Experience (.MP3, 30-45min).

Friend, Do you have…
...allergies,
asthma, constipation, irritable bowel, diarrhea, bronchitis, migraines,
sinusitis, chronic earaches, dental issues, or have any type of phlegm
build-up?
Are
you getting over the flu, finished with chemo, recovering from post-op,
trying to detox, lose weight, reduce mucus congestion?
Your body's sewage treatment system is OVERLOADED and needs a good SPRING CLEANING.
Flush it all out! I teach you how to massage the
torso from belly to head and down again, clearing mucus for ongoing
improvement to your respiratory & digestive functions.
Self-massage is the cheapest, most beneficial, long term preventative health program on the planet, and it's ultra convenient.
Flu symptoms starting?
Do a quick clearing for colon & lungs, esp. ears & neck.
Migraine kicking?
Press back of head & cheekbones, tug ears, gently hold forehead.
Got a sprained ankle?
Lymphatic drainage moves out excess swelling.
Feeling nauseous?
Press at diaphragm to release fluid pressure, relax muscles.
Chest cough hacking?
Rhythmic pressure on armpit nodes, ribs & lungs speeds out congestion.
Is your stomach gassy, bloated?
Gentle wave-like motion eases colon movement.
Water retention in hands/feet?
Vibrate abdominal area, push out wastes & excess.
Can't get to sleep?
Amplifying cranio-sacral rhythm supports better relaxation.
Unsightly scar tissue?
Myofascial release gently realigns & smooths adhesions.
Chronic PMS?
Thoroughly massage breast tissue & drain toward axillary nodes.
Always worn down, fatigued? Doing 10 min. of self-massage every day works wonders.

From
1986-1992, I was privileged to be associated with Dr. Vicki Georges
Hufnagel, OBGYN. She co-wrote the US Senate Bill for written, informed
consent before a hysterectomy, which was a milestone in Women's Rights
in 1986.
She referred over 450 of her Female Reconstructive
Surgery patients to me. I gave them post-op treatments, and lessons in
self-massage and holistic health techniques as homework for
accelerating recovery.
Since that time, I have helped additional
hundreds of cases to improve the elasticity & look of brand new, as
well as old wounds, scars and adhesions caused by cosmetic surgery,
liposuction, incisions, sports tears, skin burns & grafts, tissue
removal, tissue loss from infection, as well as structural, genetic,
and emotional stresses.
Whenever the internal tissue has been
traumatized by being exposed to the air (opening the abdomen), or cut
or touched by an instrument (laporoscopy makes a long internal gash),
the body creates undiferrentiated fibroblasts of adhesive material
(collagen).
The reason scar tissue MUST BE SOFTENED for Whole
Body integrity, is because it is like concrete in the way of the watery
flow within the cells.
Scars become tangles or knots in the
sheathing (fascia) of muscles and INHIBIT the circulation of Lymphatic
Fluid, which is responsible for transporting the immune system and
cleansing all tissue & internal organs, removing bacteria, dead
cells, old blood, metabolic wastes, and speeding filtered plasma back
into the circulatory system ie: the heart.
I can teach you a
simple, progressive program that you or anyone else can do to resolve,
soften and harmonize any-and-all of your new or old wounds.
Namaste! ~xomj

The Lymphatic System is responsible for
1. Removing cell wastes & taking bacteria to nodes
2. Transporting B-cells as immediate immune response
3. Returning filtered plasma to blood supply & heart
Lymphatic
circulation occurs whenever you breathe, contract muscles, change
position with respect to gravity, pump blood through venous arteries,
have colon peristalsis & bowel movement, and ESPECIALLY when you
MANUALLY APPLY your own HANDS to add to the body’s natural circulation.
ARE
YOU a TOXIC DUMP …?! If you are not moving your bowels 3 times a day,
you are constipated! You need to stimulate MORE WASTE ELIMINATION ->
Do
you feel sluggish, tender, achy, nasal drippy, flu-ish…? That mucus
buildup indicates your LYMPH is CONGESTED. It is because you are BACKED
UP with accumulated excess fats, proteins, wastes, dead bacteria,
used-up lymphocytes & stored toxins.
WHAT TO DO to increase waste elimination:
• DRINK lots of WATER
• DEEP BREATHING
• BOUNCE on BALL or Trampoline
• ELIMINATE Allergic FOODS (dairy, wheat, etc)
• EXFOLIATE dead skin with natural bristle brush
• MORE SWEATING
• DEFY GRAVITY (bicycle, swim, slant board)
• VISUALIZE SOLAR YELLOW
• MASSAGE yourself at least 15 minutes 3-5 times a week
• DO Pelvic Floor Exercises every day

Real People, Real Stories
TESTIMONIALS (names changed for confidentiality):
SUKI
(30+): We met 2 years ago at DanceCamp and I showed her how to soften
her (emergency) C-section incision line, which was keloided and bumpy,
still after 2 years she could not lose her Mommy-bulge. This summer she
re-introduced herself, hugging me and exclaiming how I had changed her
life, pulling up her shirt to show me her beautifully smoother belly
and waistline. Wow - it sure pays off, to share the wisdom of
self-massage!
CAROLE (20+): Came in complaining of extreme beast
tenderness (for 2 years) and fibro-cystic congestion. Said she had
"tried everything & gone to several specialists", but had not been
told about self-massage. After only one treatment of lymphatic massage,
client said pain was 20% reduced. She began her own self-massage
program and came in for 6 treatments in 2 months, after which client
reported practically no tenderness. Now, 6 months later says her
breasts feel normal, and have stayed that way.
ENRIQUE (50+):
Client diagnosed with fibromyalgia and has trouble receiving touch that
is beneficial (most will hurt or bruise him). After only one session,
he booked a Series, saying that Lymphatic Massage is surprisingly
gentle, relaxing, invigorating, appropriate, and relieves the sense of
feeling swollen, takes pressure off the lungs and makes it easier to
breathe, digest & sleep. Client continues to benefit greatly from
weekly sessions.
WALTER (40+): Came in complaining of restricted
breathing, digestive imbalance, weakened sexual vitality, with previous
neck problems & low back surgery. An emergency appendectomy at age
13 had left a long scar & several pits where drains had been
installed. 30 years later, after just 3 sessions of scar tissue
softening & lymphatic massage on the belly & chest, client
reports that his legs are swinging more freely than ever, and chest
feels open & relaxed, easier to breath deeply. His digestive system
is now functioning with ease & regularity, and sexual drive has
noticeably improved. Client continues to progress each time
(intermittent treatments).
MARYANN (40+): Came in complaining of
tenderness & swelling in entire torso, with scar tissue from breast
implants, one very impacted, scars & swelling from tummy tuck,
scars from thyroid surgery. After 3 sessions, client has a noticeable
improvement in breathing & bowel function, scar tissue is softening
& less restrictive, lymph breast drain reduced the swelling in
chest. Client continues to progress (monthly).
PRISCILLA (50+):
Long term client with hamstring surgery after accident, low back &
shoulder issues, silicone implants leakage & surgery. Our sessions
began 8 months ago with very gentle myofascial work to unwind internal
layers from scar tissue & injury adhesions. Over time, she began
physical therapy treatment and now has several therapists working on
her health. She responds well to my combination of lymphatic detox
& scar softening, craniosacral & gentle myofascial. Client
continues to progress (weekly).
BRYAN (50+): Came in complaining
of terrible sinus headaches from heat, had long term head congestion
from dental issues. Had 2 sessions a day apart, after the second
session felt incredible relief, sinuses & ears drained &
opened, lots of lymphatic detox release and movement in the bowels,
chest felt more free, head clearer.
ANASTASIA (60+): Came in
complaining of wheezing and pain in back of Right shoulder blade
(on/off 3 months). After noticing there was scar tissue restricting
lymphatic movement in the Right Breast (from fibroid removal), I
focused on softening the scar & congestion buildup in order to open
circulation. Thus I was able to drain the Right ribcage from back to
front. After 4 sessions in 2 weeks, client says there is no more
wheezing, tension & pain are reduced dramatically, and feels she is
on her way to recovery. Continues to receive weekly treatments (for
sinus issues).
