3. FAQ'S about Lymphatic Clearing |
What is lymph?
It is the milky fluid - the plasma of blood - that cleanses
the body's tissues. It transports wastes, filters out bacteria,
and carries the immune response. It gets thicker when imbalance
is present.
Why Lymphatic Clearing?
"Water purification" is pumped through the lymphatic
pathways and nodes when we exercise, sweat and breathe. When
we become sluggish, overall health suffers. Massaging helps
fluid move better.
How is the massaging done?
Gentle, rhythmic melting touch and tiny vibrations liquefy
the congested areas of the body. With or without oil, the
superficial strokes and pulses soften and drain away excess
fluid. Repetition mobilizes the natural actions of your waste
elimination system.
Who can benefit?
General well-being is sustained by proper lymph function,
which increases your resistance to disease. All respiratory,
digestive, and sinus imbalances can be dramatically helped.
Mucous production is flushed out and reduced. Long term
low immune response and restricted vitality can be improved.
When would I use it?
Use it daily, weekly, and especially when you first feel
an imbalance. Give yourself and your loved ones a simplified
routine to stimulate proper internal organ and immune function.
Detox, recover, enhance, fortify, cleanse, and renew on
a regular basis!
Do I have to take both the Basics and Advanced Classes?
If you just want to learn for your own health and close
friends, you can invest in a 1-4 hour Tutorial (by yourself,
with your partner, or with fellow professionals who share paying
my fee) and find it immediately useful and dramatically beneficial.
If you would like to become
Certified in Basics, you must take 16 hrs. To be Certified in
Advanced Techniques, you must complete all 32 hours.
